Roberto Alonso leverages his extensive experience in EdTech, innovation, and community leadership to drive positive change in education.

Growing up in a family of educators, Roberto’s passion for technology and leadership was shaped by the influence of his two sisters, who are dedicated educators. His academic journey began at Miami Dade College and continued at Florida International University (FIU), where he developed a deep interest in educational technology.

Roberto’s commitment to technology and education has led him to focus on improving school systems across the United States. He specializes in making educational institutions more efficient, guiding administrators and teachers in navigating emerging technologies. His work in education technology showcases his ability to solve complex challenges and unite thought leaders to create effective solutions.

After years of traveling, building companies, and making significant contributions to the EdTech field, Roberto returned to his hometown to pursue his passion for community service and assist government agencies in adopting the latest technologies.

His dedication to his community is evident through his roles as a Trustee at Miami Dade College, a School Board Member for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and his involvement in multiple national and state technology task forces. These positions reflect his commitment to enhancing education technology and bridging the gap between government and the private sector.
