With more than 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, business, and government affairs, Alexandra Alonso brings a unique combination of operational expertise, strategic leadership, and public-sector insight to National Integrity Consultants.

Alexandra began her career in hospital administration, where she developed extensive experience in healthcare operations, patient care management, and organizational leadership. She later held leadership roles within the health insurance industry, giving her a broad understanding of the healthcare ecosystem from both the provider and payer perspectives.

As an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, Alexandra has successfully launched and managed healthcare organizations and advised businesses navigating complex operational, regulatory, and growth challenges. Her experience allows her to understand not only the policies and regulations affecting an organization, but also their real-world impact on businesses, providers, and the communities they serve.

Alexandra also leads NIC's government affairs and advocacy practice, providing clients with strategic guidance on legislative and regulatory matters, stakeholder engagement, and navigating state and local government. Her approach combines strong relationships with a deep understanding of policy, business, and the regulatory environment.

In addition to her professional work, Alexandra has served as a college professor, sharing her experience with the next generation of healthcare and business leaders.

Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and provides government affairs and lobbying services in accordance with applicable registration and disclosure requirements.

 With more than two decades of experience spanning education technology, business development, public policy, real estate, and organizational strategy, Roberto brings a unique perspective to helping organizations understand complex markets, identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop practical strategies for growth.

With deep experience in education and technology, he has worked with organizations seeking to introduce innovative solutions, enter new markets, strengthen their positioning, and better understand the needs of schools and educational institutions. His work combines industry knowledge with a practical understanding of how businesses and public institutions operate.

His experience also extends to real estate and asset strategy. As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Roberto brings an additional perspective to organizations evaluating real estate opportunities, partnerships, and strategies designed to maximize the value of their assets.

In addition to his private-sector work, Roberto has an extensive record of public and community service. He serves as an elected School Board Member for Miami-Dade County Public Schools and as Vice Chair of the Miami Dade College Board of Trustees. 

His leadership has included work in education innovation, emerging technology, aerospace and career pathways, infrastructure, and the strategic use of public assets.

Roberto also participates in state and national initiatives focused on education, technology, and responsible innovation, providing him with a broad perspective on emerging trends and the changing needs of organizations and communities.

At National Integrity Consultants, Roberto focuses on strategic advisory, market strategy, business development, innovation, real estate strategy, and strategic partnerships. He does not provide lobbying services.
